I decided to call this product Balsamic Sauce because, vinaigrette is too limited a word for what is in this bottle.
This recipe, my mother's creation, has been served at my dinner table since I was a child.
I started using it with my clients and realized that just about everyone I shared it with loved it and asked me to bottle it. Less sweet than most vinaigrettes, smooth and bold, with just the right kick to it, it is my pleasure to introduce you to Food Snob Balsamic Sauce.
While it can be used as a salad dressing on greens it can also be drizzled on beets, cabbage, raw fennel, or Caprese. I use it as a dip for vegetable platters and I also love to use it to marinade veggies before grilling.
Ingredients: Our Balsamic Sauce is made with Love, Extra? Virgin olive oil, Balsamic Vinegar Di Modena PGI, and authentic Dijon mustard.
Like all Food Snob products, I use fresh ingredients wherever possible. I never compromise with the quality of my products nor with the process to make it.
Shake vigorously before using.
Enjoy!
